Drifting into procrastination and loose focus is very easy now adays due to our fast-paced life. Trying to be mindful helps to remain appreciative of the present moment. Focus on the current activity, focus on your breathing pattern, pause whenever you want to then refocus on the activity, as well as mediate regularly to help you be more mindful.

5. Check On Your Friends

Socialization is a very important aspect of leading a healthy and wholesome life. In this digital age we idealize workaholism and being busy is considered as a symbol of growth. Work life balance is an important skill for corporate employees. Call a friend and arrange a meet up! Share a meal, go on a brunch, and feel take a break from your errands to boast your mental health.

6. Digital Detox

Being offline is the new luxury. Social media can help us to connect to people, but it has its con! Overindulgence online is making us sleep deprived and more anxious. Take a break and put down your phone for a while. Observe nature, observe your surroundings, and take a deep breath in the fresh air!

7. Have A Hobby

Covid lock down has made it clear, hobbies are necessary to stop the mind from wandering into anxiety! Keep a plant, get a canvas and paint, give time to something you’d love to do. Having is hobby is great for mental well being plus it curbs boredom and digital dependency for entertainment.
